	This course is REQUIRED for all National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) and Wood Badge staff members.    This course is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for pack trainers and members of the district and council training teams.  This course is intended to help you develop your skills and boost your confidence as a trainer
