Updated 5-10-2013 Early Bird Camp fees are $50.00 per youth, if paid 30 days prior to the start of day camp Fee includes a T-shirt, patch, craft projects, program supplies, liability and camper’s insurance, and a world of fun.
Fees paid less than 30 calendar days before camp starts are $65 per Scout. At the door and the day of camp the fee will be $75 REMEMBER — Wear comfortable shoes and clothing, cap, bring sunblock and a water bottle. You will want to provide a sack lunch for those camps held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. TIP: Fill it with water and freeze it until you come to camp — it will keep your water cool all day long. | | 2013 Cub Scout Day Camp Information Flyer for Den Leaders -- you will find dates, locations and other information in this document. 2013 Youth Application One is needed for each youth. 1 adult leader is needed for each 8 youth. Camps with Climbing Wall is listed at the bottom of this form. Tiger Scouts need an adult with each registration. 2013 Adult Application An application is needed for each person who will be attending camp. If you attend all days of the day camp, you get a free t-shirt. Some day camps do not have a tot lot. Check on this form to see locations.
2013 Day Camp Registration Recap Please have one of these for each 10 youth. It identifies the adult who will be staying at camp and givesyou a place to record extra t-shirts that you can purchase. A Health Form (Parts A & B) i s required for everyone going to day camp. Please put form in an envelope for privacy. You may give completed forms directly to camp director or include with your reservation form.
