There is a $50 non-refundable deposit due at the time of the reservation. All but $100 per scout can be refunded provided a written notification is sent to the council office. (email is fine) at least 4 weeks prior to camp starting. All but $125 per scout can be refunded provide written notification is received at least 2 weeks before camp starts.
No refunds will be made for cancellations within one week of your arrival date. This includes no shows and scouts who leave the camp during the week for any reason.
