WHAT:         The District Committee Training Workshop meets the basic training need of members of the district committee.

WHO: All District Committee Members: District Chairman, District Commissioner, Vice-Chairman of Program/Membership/Finance/; Activities/Advancement/Camping Chairman; district committee members and members-at-large.
