You will need an account and password to register.
The registration fee is $5 per merit badge prior to April 1st. Late online registration is $10 per merit badge from April 2nd to April 21st. Walk in, onsite registration will be allowed only as space is available for $15 per merit badge. There are no refunds of fees.
A class may be transferred to another boy. The fee covers the cost of providing a quality merit badge program including supplies, materials and an Expo patch.
If you have any concerns about a merit badge, please let us know. Many registered and trained merit badge counselors have volunteered their time to present the merit badge classes. Please make sure they know you appreciate them.
Classes are offered on Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, and Sunday morning.
Don't forget to print out your class pre-requisites and worksheets for each merit badge. The list of pre-requisites may be found by clicking the link for the listing of Merit Badges Offered at Scout Expo on the main Merit Badge Midway page. Also, Scouts should bring a blue card for each class that has been signed by their Scoutmaster.
Scouts should be prepared by reading the merit badge pamphlet and completing all pre-requisites prior to class. Payment of fees does not guarantee completion of the merit badge. Scouts that are able to demonstrate they have completed all the requirements will receive a completed blue card
