New Manage Events Admin Screen Now Live

As announced via Twitter on Monday, our upgraded and totally redesigned administrator screens for configuring events and managing registrations are now live. If you've not logged in this week, you should check it out. Here's a sample of what the event overview page looks like - click here.

The next upgrade we are currently working on is the permissions settings for administrators. We have made them more granular so that roles can be assigned for event management, reports and other system features. Stay tuned for more.
 
Year End Donation Alert - Check for Expired Fundraiser & Dues Events

If you have Fundraisers and/or Dues in Doubleknot, be sure to check the End Date on those events. You may still have a link to these on your website and if they are expired, potential donors will not be able to give.

It's an easy fix, just go to Manage Events, select the fundraising tab, click the Past or All events radio button, edit the event and change the end date. It will immediately allow for contributions to be made. Remember if you are using eCards, there is an event that may have expired last year. Contact us if you have questions.

Reduce transaction and subscription fees by switching your payment processing to Mercury by 12/31 (more)
