Don't despair if you missed the Tuesday webinar where we demonstrated the upgrade to the permissions settings for Administrators. We recorded it and it's available in our video libray. Just click on Training Videos when you are logged into Doubleknot.
With the new permissions you now have the ability to create roles and assign a role to staff member(s). In this way, when new staff come on board, you just assign them to a role that matches their job responsibilities. Roles creation and management is done using Permissions Roles (goto to Member Management - > Create & Manage -> Permission Roles). Have a look, it's pretty cool.
New Updates this Week
We rolled in a software update on Thursday that had the permissions features along with several other changes including alphabetizing the feature list and re-labeling some of the items in the list to make it easier to read and find what you are looking for. Let us know what you think.
